SSL ceritificate and loading problem

My web hosting company, installed SSL certificate on my website http://www.bizzindex.com However, my site didn't load correctly. I added the (S) for the http in the admin setting section. The site loaded correctly, then, it stopped loading correctly again.

I used this website http://www.whynopadlock.com/index.html to help me figure out what could be the problem. but, i got no error. can anyone kindly, tell me what to do? I contacted my web hosting company, but they are slow in getting back to me.
