Style custom fields in vantage

Hello,

I've followed the following http://docs.appthemes.com/tutorials/...ds-in-vantage/ and fixed it to my needs. It worked pretty much al the way, except for the little images. Here's what i did:
* In my folder wp-content/themes/vantage/images i placed a nice looking .png file named clock.png with a size of 14 x 14
* In my childtheme, in the style.css file i've followed the guide exactly but the image is not showing in front of the days (maandag, dinsdag, etc...).

Does anyone have a idea of what i am doing wrong?
