Lackluster Support from Appthemes
Now, I'm not normally one to complain (I hope) but I have noticed a bit of a trend on these forums in regards to answers for support questions. Most of the answers I have been reading from the Appthemes support team seem to fall into one of four categories;
1. Q. Can this be done?
A. Yes / No (often with no further explanation).
2. Q. How do you do this?
A. Ask the community.
3. Q. I'd like this feature, any suggestions?
A. Submit the idea to the ideas exchange.
4. Q. Any of the above.
A. ...... (no answer).
Of course we do on occasion get some genuinely helpful replies but it is getting to the point where I no longer expect to find any help on these forums and have started looking elsewhere to find answers.
