Thinking something is not right...

Ok have created a few good categories so far.
If i hover over the Categories Tab you get the category A, under that i have created subcategories all beginning with A. if i then click on A should it not then display all subcategories beginning with A..?, basically it goes to a blank page. This just does not seem to feel right to me.
The only times you see all sub -cates created is when you go to create an actual listing and then select the drop down menu under category.
