    Trying to setup a forum within Vantage

    Hi,
    Total newbie here.
    Wondering if someone can help me out. I'm trying to install a forum with my vantage website.

    Simple-press: (header and footer all over the place)
    http://www.thailanddentaldirectory.com/forum/

    Mingle forum: (not showing full screen)
    http://www.thailanddentaldirectory.c...cussion-forum/


    Not sure what I should change in the CSS to get these to look right.
