In my Purchases dashbord I see Vantage 1.2 package and the Vantage Development Build package

What is the difference between Vantage 1.2 package and the Vantage Development Build package?

Vantage 1.2 package has 488 files and 44 folders
Vantage Development Build has 491 files and 44 folders

Is the "Vantage Development Build" package is the most updated and latest version of the complete Vantage 1.2 theme? If so, do I even need the "Vantage 1.2" package files? That is......Can I just install the theme from the "Vantage Development Build"?

Also, after installing the "Vantage 1.2" package, I tired the AppThemes Updater Plugin to update the Vantage 1.2 theme to the latest Vantage Development Build but it does not even recognize the Vantage theme. What is the best way to update the "Vantage 1.2" to the "Vantage Development Build" files?
