    Vantage child theme - how to get my money back?

    I have bougt the TP child theme for Vantage with great expectations. But truly, the TP child theme is way from finished, have a long list of bugs and will take too much of my time and focus to look decent.

    When I pay 39 dollars I really expect more. And I truly expected App Theme to have more of a quality control.

    I'm happy with Vantage. But I really think the child theme TP should go back into development. Will you please send my money back, App Theme, since you have sold me a product that does not meet the standard nor the price tag!

    I hope to have your answer soon.

    I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
