Vantage - Creating a retina display logo

Hello,

I have 2 questions in 1 here :

1 - how Can I make a retina display compliant logo on my vantage site ? In iPhones and iPads the logo is low-res...
2 - Is it possible to have the logo (image) and the text name of the company not in an image, all of this above the site description ?
For example in my website (www.partvoodoo.com) I'd like to have the logo image, and aside "PARTVOODOO" written in the code.
I've been searching the forum for this but couldn't find any answers...
