Vantage loading slow need to know how you made it faster

Vantage loading slow need to know how you made it faster on https://gtmetrix.com/ I have it down to 13 from 26 secounds load time.
I have a fast dedicated server. ( my hosting Business) Only a few customers on this server.
I have cloudflare Active I'm a Cloudflare Partner and have it installed in Cpanel and have RailGun installed and active.
The plugins I'm using for optimization of the site is WP-Super Cache
I tried w3 cache and got same results.
Tried disabling cloudflare and same results.
I tried Speed Booster Pack didn't help
I'am now using Autoptimize and that got it down from 23 to 13.1 seconds

Please let me know how you got vantage faster.
