Vantage Registration Problems

Hi There

I'm using Vantage theme and have just found out that people trying to register as new users are not able to! Everything was working fine until recently

The registration form is showing three password places and after you fill the first one in and start on the second the first goes blank (http://freighthub.co)

My wordpress was recently auto-updated. Would this have anything to do with the problem? HELP!

Any advice would be most appreciated
