WordPress - Error: "Missing a temporary folder."
Hello, I am using Dotster with a WordPress 3.5.1 plugin. I am in between steps 7 and 8 in the install process for the plugin as described in the installation instructions. Watching the status report on the botom of the screen when I install the zip file from wordpress and it get to near 100% (I am not sure if 100% is displayed), I get an error message in a white screen that says that I am missing some sort of temporary file.
Dotster denies responsibility. They say it may be a problem with wordpress or Vantage.
Upon further discussion they told me that I should be encouraged to switch to a Linux server. What a headache, and with no guarantee that will solve the problem. I am not a programer nor do I have time to learn. I just need it to work. Please help!
