Adding Accordion Option to a Page

Hi,

I'm trying to create a help page for my directory and I noticed on the kitchen sink page there was an accordion option, which looks ideal for making the page manageable.

I can't however find any information on how to implement this in my own set up (or any of the other items on the kitchen sink page elements).

Can you please advise or point me towards a tutorial?
