Displaying multiple categories levels

Hi there, I'm using Vantage 4.x.
How can I display multiple category levels under Categories in the home page? For example, I have "Automobiles" as the main category than "Mechanics" as the sub-category and I would like to add "BMW" under "Mechanics" . I can do it in the category section in the admin dashboard, but the sub-category "BMW" is not displaying under "Mechanics" in the home page. Why is that?
