How to change color of "Find" and "Near" placeholder text

    Hi guys,

please see screenshot. I cannot for the life of me find any CSS that will change the color of this text. It is so light by default it's hardly readable.

I would like to change it to #2d2d2d if possible.

The text when someone is typing is fine, it's just the placeholders that are far too light in color.

Can anyone tell me what CSS to put into my child theme that will override this?

ALSO - how can I put 10px of space between these 2 search boxes? Also cant find anything that will do that.

    Thanks!
    Daniel
