As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Redirection to Listing and Events turns an "undefined" value
Hello Mayank,

it's great that you're updating this wonderful plugin! I can assure that my users love it.

Here's the problem: after updating to the plugin to version 1.2.5 I've noticed that every time you click on a listing or event that was suggested in the dropdown, it redirects you to "www.yourwebsite.com/undefined". You can see this is happening on your demo site as well.

How can we fix this? Thanks
