How i add categories here;

If you want to create categories go to Ads --> Ad Categories
If you meant you want to create pages go to Pages --> Add New

but the page that appears only in the menu below and above that of how to do?

Not sure I'm understanding what your wanting to do. Can you give a better explanation?

I think your talking about the layout...Right now you have it set to Standard style, if you want Directory style go to Classipress dashboard --> Settings --> General --> Home page layout and choose Directory style from drop down menu.
