    All themes mixed?

    I am a bit new to wordpress, so I was wondering if I can mix themes together?
    I need a site to have a coupon section and links section and directory section, so I bought all the themes.
    Bit now I realized each one could be used individually. Is there a way to kind of mix them in one theme alltogether?
