as long as you don't download "nulled"/"cracked" plugins, you should be fine.

so sad..you have to maintain your admin password difficult..

I would not say it's worth it.
Instead use something like zbblock (recommended by mr green)

what happens if the site thinks your site is unsecure? its being reported to antivirus filters, like norton, and you just shut your own site...Not saying it's the case with this one, but it is for sure happening with some online scanners.
