AppThemes, please consider making an auction theme!!

Please, please, please consider making an auction version of Classipress. It would be revolutionary. Since Classipress is pretty much the best WP classifieds solution around, an auction version of it would do ridiculously well as Wordpress users don't have any legitimate ways to create an auction site (the current themes/plugins that are out there for WP auctions are not usable for serious implementations) - the only halfway decent one is the SiteMile auction theme, but the design/layout/functionality would be improved greatly if Appthemes made their own version of it.

I guess this is up to the development team, and at this stage I'm not aware of anything in the pipeline? Perhaps I can ask if there are any plans for this in future though and will let you know what I find out..

I'd love to help out with this, Pepsi if you want to mention this to David. I have an auction theme that I have modified from a basic theme that I'd be happy to share for a small $. I'm sure the CP team could take it to another level but it would be a great start.

I've tried WordPress › WP Auctions « WordPress Plugins, but it won't work with classipress.
Classipress is -taking over - Login, registration, add new, edit post function - therefore wp-auction - won't work.
All of the above functions always fall (redirect) to classipress dashboard. and because classipress security setting is "admin-only" for back-office - the "wp-auction- need the back-office.

Why does classipress (AppThenmes) has to be proprietary.
Classipress is a wp theme, but actually "hijacking" the redirection after login and all the above functions.
Since "wp-auctions" posting auctions is done from the WP backend.

Do you know a way to make wp auction work?
