    Question How do I restore a previous version of wordpress?

    I recently installed version WP3.3.1, but how do I restore a previous version of wordpress?

    You can revert by loading the previous version database backup you have. Also, you may need to install the previous version of wordpress of which can be downloaded at the Wordpress site.

    But, i don't backed up my files and database before the upgrade. I realized the problems too late. ...

    Appthems has rules or tutorials for backups?

    How do I revert by loading my previous version database?

    If my dashboard has an automated system to back up, it would be great!

    Question

    Note:
    But now, that I'm with WP3.3.1, how do I return to the previous WP?

    Without touching the database! I believe it is not necessary touch in database, I just want to return to the previous WP.
