    Missing "Add-New" button under Appearance and Plugins

    I am using latest version of wordpress with classipress theme on www.krreddy.com , i made no changes but 2 days before i found add new is missing under Appearance and Plugins, not only this domain i am running few other wordpress blogs, all are effected.
