Multisite subsites language

I have a multsite WP installation like this
www.maindomain.com (it's a classipress theme)
www.maindomain.com/classipress (another classipress theme)
www.maindomain.com/jobroller (jobroller theme)

I've already uploaded the language packs to the folder that they were supposed to be and I've changed the www.maindomain.com/wp-config.php to use the language that I want.
The maindomain.com theme shows up with the language that I want correctly, but the 2 others subsites don't. As subsites don't have a specific wp-config.php file(at least I could find it), how am I supposed to change the subsite themes language then?
