I think i missed that when we let people who are not customers into the forum or what does it mean?
I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?

A couple of years ago the forum is open for all to register and those who purchased the theme is still have to verified through their email and etc.

Should we not "encourage" them to do so? since people "paid" to get support on this forum in a way.
