    The plugin does not have a valid header

    I have classipress-3.0.5.4.zip after successful installation when i try to activate it i see following error.

    "The plugin does not have a valid header."

    What does that error mean? i am new to word-press is there any dependency i need to installed first ?

    I got .zip from torrent i don't have member account thats why won't allow me to even look around.

    I can buy theme but first i need to check is it really full fill my requirement and it is doing the same thing what i have in my mind. I see some one already posted this issue and resolved that but i can't see that post.
