Plugin to Strip Cut & Paste Formatting from User Submitted Data???

Whenever users paste content into their posts it brings with it a ton of extra formatting code, whether it's from a MS Word doc or another website. It give the finished post a very scrambled and unprofessional look.

Does anyone know of a plugin to fix this?

    Hi bbuster79,

I don't know which Theme you are using but you can try to disable htlm markup.

I'm using Jobroller. I've found the formatting doesn't get pasted over whenever posting from the admin side. This problem only occurs on the public side. Disabling the the markup would defeat the purpose of having a WYSIWYG.
