Providing limited access to another admin

I want to give access to another user as admin but want to hide certain menu options from him for security reasons like appearance, plugins etc. I just want him to hav access to users, order details, approving, editing, deleting ads. How can this be achieved.

Not sure if this helps, but I used a plugin called "white label cms" with one of my projects where you can hide some of the core backend items.. Try that on your local machine.

Try the plugin "Adminimize" it's awesome for what you want
