Setting up a Subdomain

Hi,

I want to add QC as a ticket center on a subdomain on my main WP site. In Plesk I created a subdomain called support so that it will become support.mydomain.com.

Created a new database, put all the WP files in the support folder but everytime I visit the new url it isn't found by my browser. Obviously I am missing something but what? Already created a htaccess file with some rules but that didn;t help.

Can't even get the install.php screen now.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

At this point, I don't think this is a QC or even an AppThemes issue. I will move the thread to a more appropriate forum for you.
Have you configured other subdomains with this host? If so, I might suggest compareing the config of one that is working to the new one. It may become obvious. If that doesn't help, you may want to contact your Host's support people, but I suppose that there may just be a bit of a delay. You started this thread 10 hours ago... Is the subdomain still not working?

I will take it up with the hosting company. I now have a 500 internal server error on the subdomain.

Fixed, was a problem with the DNS and the ht access file.
