Something must be done with this support forum

When i click New Post each day i get kinda depressed. There are so many issues that could be probably be fixed if people would read the doc. (in some cases there is no doc.). There also must be a rules on how to post a bug so people can cleary see what this thread is about now you just get subjects like HELP, OHH NOOO, WHAT?, NOT WORK. It sounds like the forum is a inhabited by a bunch of retards. Do like Google webmaster forum, make them write the website, version, problem etc. The number of new post need to be cut down so that REAL issues can be brought forward a REAL bug thread and not approve any HELP ME now posts.

Months ago I made very specific recommendations privately to the people most in charge of or able to improve the forum in this regard.

In fact, several times I have given considerable thought to how to improve the USEFULNESS AND UTILITARIAN EFFECTIVENESS of the Forum.

My recommendations along the lines of what you are suggesting were not taken to heart and I continue to see this Forum as just a free-for-all that wastes a lot of time for both experienced users and newbies.

I agree! Its frustrating to find propper solutions to a problem. I hate to see threads with an answer like "check out this thread...www.xxxxxx" and there you find pages full with old stuff and finally get another "check out this thread www.yyyyyy" or you only find "this needs customization..." answers.

With more and more customers this forum will soon be out of control for even the moderators and i really hate the presale forum that could now be take care of with a few doc it should cover everything.
