    One plug in is called wp member you can set the permission for each group.

    I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?

    hi, this is possible but by making the users "contributor" or "author", they would need to access the wordpress dashboard and not post it from the front end of the website.

    ok I was trying it out on my new side, and it is working. I was installing this code: <?php if(function_exists('public_submission_form') public_submission_form(true); ?>
    in CP-Blog Template Page Template (tpl-blog.php) ......see below

    <?php get_template_part( 'loop' ); ?>
    <?php if(function_exists('public_submission_form')) public_submission_form(true); ?>
    <div class="clr"></div>

    I'm not for sure if this is the right way to install the code, but so far I have not seen any problems. So I hope a mode can check it out and verfy it.
    I will make more test and let everyone know if there is any problems coming up
