Finally i have decided to buy a child theme my question now is Will I loose all my parent theme configuration settings if i install child theme.

It depends on the childtheme and the changes that you did. Example: If your child theme is using its own index.php (or any other template file) the parent index.php will be ignored. So if you have done any changes in that parent index.php, it will not get called.
