WordPress 3.1 Troubleshooting
In case you haven't already come across this link, there is a useful thread in the WordPress support forums which lists out known issues and information on plugins which appear to have stopped working with the most recent WordPress upgrade.

Our team are obviously working on any issues which may arise with using the latest version of WordPress with our themes. At this stage, the TinyMCE not appearing when HTML is selected (ClassiPress & JobRoller), is the only thing which is still outstanding, but I'm sure a solution will be found soon.
Please note that reports of any theme specific issues should be made in the correct section of the forums (not in this thread). Thanks.
