Just to let users and customers know, since it is not changed on the Certified Partners page, that WP HelpCenter has increased their prices as I found out two days ago. They now charge $75 for 30 minute live support (that's minimum) No more $25 for 15 minutes. They should have contacted David and team if not already to let HIS customers know of these changes and had them updated on Cert. Partner page. (Not sure what the code# is for that they tell you to mention...no discount that I know of?) Hope that helps.
