How easy is it to make the search button look like the "Join Now!" button in Classipress?

Is this something that you've developed and will continue to support as WordPress evolves?

I've been looking for something like this for a few years.... since I purchase Classipress actually...

And one more question: Will it work in a network environment? i.e. Install once, network activate it and it is available on all the blogs across the network?
