Thread: integration with wishlist member- so far so good

Thanks but my question is not just WList specific...where's the place to put a URL after folks checkout or on the check out page - say for a cross or upsell?

Basically I'd like to edit the check out page - put some html there - for a number of reasons... optin to member only content, cross sell, etc.

Are you referring to the page where they receive the success message after completing the Paypal transaction? (i.e. 'Thank you! Your ad listing has been submitted and is now live.') You can find this in your ClassiPress theme folder/includes/form/step3.php

fanktv - We have a membership site for people in the horror film industry with a forum and classifieds. I set it up so wishlist takes care of registration for everything and we give all our members free ads. We are thinking about charging for featured ads, but we just launched and want to populate the site a bit first. The url if you'd like to check it out, is http://horrorjobs.com

One issue I found was that if I set the default member level to contributor, it didn't list them as the poster of the ad and their responses came to me instead of them. Also, they couldn't edit their ads because WP didn't think they'd written them. When I changed the default to author, that was all fixed.

(With changing it to author, though, there is a WordPress link at the bottom of a member's own listings to edit the ad, but it tries to log into the back-end rather than their dashboard.
