    Multisite super admin and administrators

Hi. I want to grant some users as admins. But I don't want them to change anything on the website, like changing my password, plugins or the theme. I saw a lot of tutorial, and it seems that the only way to do it, is to rurn my website into a multi worpdress site. As a test, I'm using another domain www.leblak.net. I already install the multsite and download a plugin "extend super admin". But I don't know how to use it. The only user I can edit via this plugin is me "the super admin". I'm kind of confused. Do anybody know an easiest way to limit administrators actions?
    Thanks.

I actually find another plugin "user role editor" and it works great. But do I necessary have to run a multsite to be able to use it?
