Plugin for referral codes?

I'm looking for a wordpress plugin that will work with classipress.
I want a plugin where I can embed a referral code into a link. Once that link is clicked, it would auto-populate the referral code on the user registration page. Then then the plugin will keep track of the different referral codes you have activated.
