Quality of my pictures in slide and user profiles lacks!!

I need advice on what image size I would need for high quality resolution.

as it stands my pictures in the slide do not appear very clear and the quality lacks. I'm using “xtremecarousel” Slider Plugin for ClassiPress. I must admit the same is happening in user profiles (pictures lack quality) im using “cutegallery” plugin for ClassiPress.

If you could advise me on how I can approve the quality of my pictures it would be much appreciated, correct size, high definition pictures anything that can help.

If you think this needs modifications to improve images please let me know, I will be happy to hear your proposal.

Since you're using two of our plugins (xtremecarousel and cute gallery), I need to add that the quality of the images needs to be managed by the image upload process during the 'post an ad' form. Is at this point where you can handle the attributes of every image the user want to upload to the ad.
