    W3 Total Cache

Does anyone have experience with W3 Total Cache, or similar optimization plugins in JobRoller?

    Thanks!

    yes: don't use them.
It will harm you site more than what good is.

Thumbs up for W3-Total-Cache, its like 5 plugins in 1. It does a great job speeding up websites and once you tune it, you can forget about it.
You can run a test on http://www.whichloadsfaster.com against my site and yours to see what I mean.

You may also have a look at hypercache http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/hyper-cache/
As to my experience it has the best results.

Not fair comparison at all since you've made several mods already at your website.
... some of them in order to optimize the code I hope

    Best regards,

    Best regards,
thanks for the nice words . I decided to give hyper cache a try after reading those two articles
    http://www.tutorial9.net/tutorials/w...aching-plugin/
    http://scratch99.com/wordpress/revie...hared-hosting/
    which provide a good overview.
