Thread: W3 Total Cache

I'm using classipress 3.1.7
With caching my site takes 1.4 secs to load according to http://gtmetrix.com/
Without caching about 2.40 secs.
I decided against caching because sometimes classipress malfunctions, for example recaptcha doesn't show up.
If recaptcha doesn't show up no one can register and no one can inquire about an ad, so the entire site becomes useless basically.
I would rather pay to host on VPS than using the plugin and get my site destroyed.
Just my two cents. But I will still continue to test W3 Total Cache. Just be very careful with your sittings.

I am using W3 Total Cache with 1.5.5 and combined with Cloud Flare which gives CDN and cache free of charge and security, you can block IPs. Also use the Cloudflare plugin which can be used to optimise you DB. All of this is running on a Go Daddy Virtual Dedicated server and I have over 50 sites running with an average page load of 2-3 seconds. Use GT Metrix to check you sites
