Classipress Create iOS app

Is anyone interested in creating an app to accompany my Classipress site? I'd like to create ad listing form, blog, profile, ad browsing features in my app, plus an additional feature to make it unique. Someone I consulted with in the past said it couldn't be done because there was no API like Jobroller has. But if the data exists in MySQL, it should be able to be accessed and written to by an app without an API, correct?

I am using Sencha Touch as I'd like this to be able to run on multiple platforms down the road. I wanted to ask the community first before I ask Sencha community.

surely its possible but.. as far i can say you have to make a custom app .. as you cant find any existing one compatible with cp
