Hello everyone,

I'm here to offer some of my modifications. There are some functionalities that classipress don't have by default.
Because of that I made some modifications to better fit my intentions for a classifieds website, what I understand that a website like this must offer.
Like limit the number of ADS for each user and other small things that at the end worth more than you think, like offer a different author page for who is a normal user and who has a membership pack.

Below you can see 2 of mods, for now I will only offer this 2 mods, that I see as the most important for a good classifieds website.
I will offer more in the future!!!

1 - LIMITED NUMBER OF ADS BY USER

With this modification you will be able to choose a default value for all users registered in your classipress website and set a limit individually too.

Make money with this modification. HOW?

Let's see this example:

You can sell MEMBERSHIP PACKS for the users and choose a different limit value for the users who bought a membership pack.

So, if you set the default limit value to 5 ads, anyone who want to post more then 5 ads must buy a membership pack.

Example of membership packs:
Membership Pack Silver: 50 ads
Membership Pack Gold: 100 ads
Membership Pack Diamond: 9999 ads (unlimited)

2 - DIFFERENT AUTHOR PAGE

With this modification you will be able to offer a better service for who bought a membership pack.

Make money with this modification. HOW?

You can sell MEMBERSHIP PACKS for the users, and who bought a membership pack will have a different author page from who didn't.
For user who bought a membership pack we can make a more professional page with more information that who didn't bought a membership pack. We can make a completely different layout, like a full width layout!

Let's see this example:

- Users who didn't bought a membership pack
No logo
Limited fields to show (like 1 phone number and address)
No description
No "my other ads"

- Users who bought a membership pack
Can show your logo
More fields to show (Like 2 phone number, address, city, fax, email, website e etc)
Can show a description
Show "my other ads"

Excellent idea… do you have a fully functional site where ClassiPress users can test your mod?
Maybe sharing an screencast it is so far better to convince people about including your mod in their ClassiPress based websites

In this DEMO SITE, who don't have a membership will have an ugly page without any information about the user, in the demo site, I use this space to show the advantages of having a membership pack. BUT we can make other type of page, just tell me what you need. YOU CAN USE GOOGLE TRANSLATE TO UNDERSTAND THIS PAGE

This test did not work

We went through the process of signing up - adding 3 ads and then trying to post another ad only to end up with a 404 error at this page

Furthermore - there was no example of membership packs for sale???

Hello, I will fix the 404 error... its just because I didn't create the URL that I configured the system to send the user...
My modification is working... just the URL doesnt exist.

About the membeship packs, is the same system as you can see on the CLASSIPRESS DEMO site, but with my modification you can increase the number of ads.
