I was avoiding porting here, but now I'm impatient to send further emails to support.
I'm having trouble downloading my purchased plugins since Jan. 18. I exchanged 13 emails this time with the support and have not had the solution to my problem.
When I try to download any plugin, I get the message below:
"Sorry, this download has expired Go to homepage →"
I have sent, including my password for email support, but still unsolved.
Please, I need your attention.
