    Since the plugin it is using a native ClassiPress function to show the thumbs I think you'll require a new function to get a different thumb size and place it in the properly part of the code.
    Not so easy to achieve since this requires creating the new function or changing your thumb size at your Media Settings, handling with the code and regenerate all your thumbnails to show them in the slider.
    I'll maybe make a Tut for this someday when I find some free time (sorry I am really busy)
