If you mean the childthemes at the portfolio: those are custom made so are not for massive sale. For the version compatibility on every development simply check the info on the website.
About updating in the future:
(if you mean plugins and childthemes for massive sales) ABSOLUTELY yes, we update all our products in order to make them compatible with the latest ClassiPress version.
(if you mean custom made childthemes) that depends on the client since every project it is different and once they have the ideal one done, they don't care about upgrading but only correcting possible bugs... so basically it depends on the formula we agreed as developers with every specific client.

Are all your themes and plugins compatible with WP multisite ?

Now alfa childtheme it is compatible with ClassiPress 3.1.6 version.

Childtheme features:
1. Seller privacy protection with an improved Map tab for the Ad sidebar

1. BugFix: CSS conflict when the widget is on pages, this brokes info windows.
2. Improvement: Support for WPMU
3. Improvement: Improved map viewing when the map was inserted in pages. The map showed a ugly background grid due to a conflict between classipress CSS and Google Maps CSS
4. Improvement: Increase the padding between the image and the Ad title to improve visualization.
