Help! I need a good real estate review wordpress theme

Hi everyone

I am desperately looking for a good wordpress theme for my real estate review website. Been looking for it for the longest time but can't find a suitable one.
My site does not need purchase conversation as I am doing a pure review site with easily searchable review information with user rating, news, reviews categorization, ad space, facebook/twitter function. Pls help to recommend any suitable wordpress themes. Thanks

Had to ask to see how this is going, it looks great. Will it have certain mods in the backend to have different posts, features and ways to charged for added value of the posts? (sticky, highlighted, ect . . .)

Sorry NO, it will be a simple childtheme just changing the design.
For such advanced features you'll need a custom childtheme just for you.
