Job roller child themes for sale?

Hi I would like to purchase an existing Child Theme of JobRoller.
This theme should be 100% compatible with WP 3.3, and the theme also should be updated for free every time that the Jobroller theme is updated.

Please let me know if any of you guys have a child theme for sale
