Question JobRoller - Just get the site going and a New Feature

I am having a world of trouble just getting job roller set up on my site. The main menu, featured items working, the colored tags that show up for the posts are missing, and the image resizing doesn't seem to work. I would like to hire someone to get the site fully operational like the demo and to have all the features they list actually work!

As well, I have a feature i would like built in. I would like to have it so that people can post free jobs, but there is a re-listing fee should they chose to do that. When they chose to re-list it brings them just to a confirmation to make it featured or to confirm the purchase. Right now, re-listing brings them through the editing process which I want to skip. After paying, their post would be bumped to the top of the latest jobs feed.

This is just a standard intallation at the moment.

Please let me know if you can help and we can talk further!
