JobRoller: Need advanced resume search + custom "add resume" form options

Hi there!

I want to have the search function for resumes from within the JobRoller backend have an "advanced search" option which allows admins/employers to sort and search through resumes in an advanced way e.g. by age, sex, work experience etc. I'd like to have these included as additional fields (custom) on the "Add Resume" form which job-seekers fill out when adding their resume.

I'd also like the advanced resume search feature to have the capability to search within search results to allow fine-tuning of search results to the fullest.
