How Can I include additional fields in the "Add Resume" Form?
I want know how I can add additional form fields on the "Add Resume" form job-seekers fill out to get their resumes on the site. The fields I want are:
1. Age - I want job-seekers to be able to indicate their ages and of course corresponding search/sort capability from within the backend by admin/employers.
2. Religion - We'd like to know their religious stand as that is important to some job-seekers in these parts.
3. Sex -
4. Years of work Experience
5. Willingness to relocate
6. Possession of offshore degree or certification
7. Option to upload/attach a pre-written Resume in Word or PDF formats (could be in more formats)
I also want advanced search capability from within the backend which allows both admin and employers, search through resumes and then search within search results until desired results...
