    Question delete ad-category in url

    Hi !

    I would like to delete "ad-category" in url from my website from classipress. I used wp-no category Base plug-in, but it doesn't work. Maybe, because it delete the word "category" and of calssipress it's "ad-category" ?

    Somoene have a solution to have a nice url ?

    The plugin you are referring to does not work probably because classipress uses custom post types and taxonomies for the ads listing. Anyway, you may try removing the ad-category base url through the classipress settings-advanced specifically the "Custom Post Type & Taxonomy URLs" section.

    You may even be able to change the permalink structure ClassiPress, but will be hard work, it will need major modifications to the theme.

    i have tried removing ad-category from advance settings but still it show ad-category before every category.
    is there any code i can used to remove ad-category before every category ??

    You can change your permalink structure creating a new custom function to handle this.
    Search the forum since I posted the url to a website where you can see the fix there.

    Unfortunately I'm too busy nowadays in order to do this. However I've already posted somewhere in the forum the starting points to achieve this.
    Sometimes it is necessary to study/learn a bit... or simply hire a developer.
